As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and helping our hospital run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly smile
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Handling client enquiries with care and professionalism
- Processing payments and managing client accounts
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Assisting with general administration duties
- Supporting our veterinary and nursing teams
- Managing a busy reception area while remaining calm and organised
Must be able to work Monday to Saturday.
