Earth AI is seeking a Geochemist/Analytical Chemist to lead laboratory operations at our Auburn facility in NSW, Australia. You will design, establish, and own lab workflows, ensuring high-quality data through 4-acid digestion, ICP-OES analysis, QA/QC, and method development.
You will supervise staff, coordinate sample workflows, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvements and operational excellence.
