Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated team of educators.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality educational practices.
- Create a positive, supportive and engaging team culture.
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous Centre Director or senior leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional early childhood education.
