About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team.
In this role, you will help customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
Key responsibilities include
- Assisting customers in selecting the right Toyota vehicle to suit their needs
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Generating and following up sales leads
- Demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives
- Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
