Finance Administrator (Trainee F&I) | BYD

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Automotive Finance & Insurance. Working alongside an experienced F&I Consultant, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the training needed to progress into a consultant role in the future.
About the Role
As a Finance Administrator, you'll provide administrative and customer support to our Finance & Insurance team, helping ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with finance applications and supporting documentation
- Liaising with customers, lenders and internal departments
- Preparing paperwork and finance contracts for completion
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Coordinating settlements and following up outstanding information
- Supporting the F&I Consultant with daily administrative tasks
- Delivering exceptional customer service and communication

About You

Previous automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
