About the Role
As a Vehicle Sales Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the sales process while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Learning how to identify customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles
- Supporting vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
- Assisting with follow-up calls, customer enquiries and lead management
- Learning finance and aftermarket product processes
- Maintaining vehicle displays and showroom presentation
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
You’ll ideally have:
- A strong desire to build a career in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, motivated and professional approach
- Confidence interacting with a wide range of customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Basic computer skills
- A current Australian driver's licence or the ability to obtain one
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
