About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Detailer Supervisor to lead our vehicle presentation team. This hands‑on role is responsible for overseeing daily detailing operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring the detailing team
- Managing vehicle presentation schedules and workflow
- Conducting quality checks on completed vehicles
- Ensuring dealership presentation standards are consistently met
- Supporting stock control of detailing products and equipment
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Current unrestricted driver's licence
