About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to present and sell a range of vehicle protection products and aftercare solutions.
Your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and explain product benefits will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities include
- Presenting vehicle protection and aftercare products to customers
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Working closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
With uncapped commissions on offer, this role provides significant earning potential for driven and customer-focused professionals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, finance or customer-facing sales
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting products and closing sales
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A current driver's licence
Previous experience in aftermarket, F&I, warranty, vehicle protection products or automotive sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
