About the Role
As a Pre-Delivery Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every new Volkswagen vehicle is prepared, inspected, and ready for handover to our customers.
Key responsibilities include
- Complete pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation
- Perform accessory fitment and software updates as required
- Diagnose and rectify minor issues before delivery
- Conduct quality control checks to Volkswagen standards
- Maintain accurate workshop documentation
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure delivery timelines are met
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician
- Previous Volkswagen dealership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems and processes
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
