We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
About the Role
As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to deliver tailored finance, insurance and aftermarket solutions that meet individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting finance, insurance and aftermarket products to customers
- Assisting customers through the finance application process
- Building strong relationships with lending and insurance partners
- Ensuring compliance with industry and dealership standards
- Maximising finance penetration and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Delivering an outstanding end-to-end customer experience

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance, Business Management or vehicle sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- A professional and ethical approach to finance and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A current driver's licence
- Experience with finance products, insurance products and aftermarket sales will be highly regarded.
