About the Role
As Workshop Controller Foreman, you will take ownership of the daily workshop operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Allocate and prioritise work to technicians
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
- Maintain quality control and compliance standards
- Support, mentor and motivate the workshop team
- Work closely with service advisors for smooth workflow
- Identify and drive process improvements
About You
You are a hands‐on leader who knows how to run a productive and engaged workshop team. We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is highly organised with solid problem‐solving ability
- Takes pride in workshop performance and customer outcomes
- Has EV experience or is keen to learn
