E4 People is partnering with a major residential aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager in Canberra. reporting to the Facility Manager, you will join a strong clinical leadership structure alongside three Care Managers and an experienced RN team.
You will lead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, providing guidance to RNs, ENs and care staff while driving governance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement across the facility.
