EL Workforce is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established construction and shopfitting company, for an experienced Metal Fabricator to join their team.

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator with a genuine pride in precision, attention to detail and high-end finishes.
This is not a production welding role. You’ll be working on bespoke architectural metalwork for premium retail and hospitality fit-outs, delivering projects for well-known brands and high-end environments.
If you take pride in quality workmanship, clean welds and true craftsmanship, this is an opportunity where your work will be visible and valued.
About You

A relevant Trade Certificate

Proven metal fabrication experience

Strong TIG welding skills, particularly with aluminium and stainless steel

Experience with sheet metal and frame fabrication

The ability to fabricate from shop drawings through to finished products

Strong ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings

Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

A current driver’s licence

A commitment to quality, precision and delivering a high-end finished product
