Barista / Café All-Rounder / Floor Manager to join our team in Malaga.

Key Responsibilities
- Barista & Customer Service
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Take orders and operate POS and payment systems.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Kitchen & Food Preparation
- Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
- Coordinate kitchen activities to ensure orders are prepared efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
- Monitor kitchen stock, ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering.
- Ensure food is stored, labelled and handled safely.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinate food preparation and catering orders during busy periods.
- Floor Management & Team Leadership
- Oversee daily cafe floor operations and coordinate staff during service.
- Allocate tasks and support staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Assist with staff training, supervision and performance.
- Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and workplace safety.
- Take responsibility for resolving operational issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
About You
- Previous barista and café experience is essential.
- Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation is highly desirable.
- Previous supervisory, team leader or floor management experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work confidently in a busy café environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling.
- Reliable, punctual, proactive and professionally presented.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and lead by example.
- Flexible availability to meet café operational requirements.
