- Build useful management dashboards, recurring reports and simple data tools.
- Research, test and help implement practical AI and workflow-automation tools.
- Support low-risk, approved improvements such as internal exception alerts, report preparation, data reconciliation and lead follow-up tasking.
- Assist with approved integrations or data exchanges between systems, while working within vendor capabilities and access controls.
- Document processes and explain findings clearly to non-technical managers and staff.
- Help develop a practical longer-term roadmap for AI, data and process improvement across both locations.
About you
- Currently studying, or recently graduated, in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, IT or a related field.

- Experience with Power BI or a similar reporting/dashboard tool.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or both.
- Practical use of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or a comparable generative-AI tool for data, process or business work.
