- Coordinating plant, labour, materials and subcontractors
- Identifying project risks early and solving problems before they become expensive
- Maintaining clear reporting and accountability across the project
- Taking genuine ownership of the result

Why Durack Civil?
Durack Civil is one of Queensland’s fastest-growing privately owned civil contractors, delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland and Australia. We operate differently to a traditional tier contractor. We keep decision-making close to the job, back our people and give strong Project Managers the autonomy to actually run their projects. You’ll have access to a large company-owned plant fleet, experienced construction teams and senior management who understand project delivery. Competitive remuneration, FIFO/DIDO arrangements and long-term career opportunities are available for the right person. If you know TMR, understand civil construction and want to run projects rather than simply administer them, we want to hear from you.
