Our Shepparton site has had two big years. With new capital investment in our Bleach and Liquids plants and more shifts being added, we're now looking for a Production Manager to lead our shop floor through its next stage of growth.
This is a brand-new role, created because the site is growing. You'll be one of the most visible leaders on site.
- Lead and develop three Production Supervisors across our plants and a three-shift operation, with support from a production admin team.
- Own and keep tight control of labour, materials and operating costs.
- Lead lean and continuous improvement work with our Maintenance and Quality teams, finding and delivering the changes that lift performance.
- Keep your team ready for audits at all times, meeting GMP, HACCP and ISO standards for our major grocery customers.
