  • Develop product requirements, business cases and investment recommendations
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to deliver successful products
  • Manage multiple NPD, lifecycle and continuous improvement projects concurrently

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Product Management experience within a physical product environment
  • End-to-end experience developing new products from concept through to commercial launch
  • Strong experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and portfolio plans

  • An understanding of manufacturing and production concepts such as tooling, assembly, testing and quality
  • Familiarity with Stage-Gate or similar structured development processes
  • Strong commercial capability, including business cases, pricing, margin, cost and lifecycle decisions
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience across electronics, automation/access control, mechanical or electromechanical products, door systems, manufacturing or building products would be advantageous, however your industry background is flexible.
