We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our excellent team. The Duty Manager will:
- Ensure the venue is well-presented at all times
- Open and close the venue - depending on shift
- Monitor and manage all RSA, RCG and WHS responsibilities in the venue
- Manage staff to create an enjoyable, positive and productive environment that delivers results
- Ensure the safety of the venue
- Have an excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service
- Understand POS systems, TAB, Keno and Gaming functions
- Conduct stocktakes and manage stock control
- Be responsible for cash handling and administration
About you:
- Strong leadership skills
- Have a hands-on approach and enjoy your work
- Enthusiastic, friendly and honest
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems
- Be prepared to work nights and weekends
- NSW RSA and RGC
- Have working rights in Australia
