We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Scrub Nurse to join our busy and fast paced Theatre team at Dudley Private Hospital.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
About the Role
As a Scrub and Circulating Nurse, you will
- Providesafe perioperative care by preparing the operating theatre
- Maintainthe sterile field
- Assistthe surgical team, supporting patient safety, completing surgical counts and documenting care throughout the procedure
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
