Key responsibilities
- Use your industry relationships to develop and win fabrication, plant upgrade, installation, shutdown and maintenance work.

- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and order forecast that supports workshop and site capacity planning.
- Manage quotation follow-up, client negotiations and tender clarifications to convert opportunities into confirmed orders within approved commercial terms.

About you

- You can estimate: take-offs, labour hours, materials and site costs, and a budget price you would stand behind.
- A track record of going out and finding work, not just quoting what comes in.
- You know what it takes to work safely on a client site: inductions, permits, SWMS, heights, confined space and hot work.
- Commercially sharp on price, margin, variations and contract risk.
