  • Interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation while supporting methodologies, work plans and technical problem-solving.
  • Monitor construction progress, productivity and resource utilisation, maintaining accurate site records and project reporting.
  • Support procurement, quantities, cost tracking and the administration of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities including ITPs, RFIs, lot management, inspections, defects and non-conformance processes.
  • Work closely with engineers, supervisors, contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues and achieve successful project outcomes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
  • Typically 2+ years' experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting or managing engineering scopes or construction work packages.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project controls, with good commercial awareness.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
