For Townsville locals, this is an opportunity to work on a major renewable energy project close to home, while contributing to Queensland's clean energy future. FIFO opportunities are also available from Queensland home ports to Townsville.

  • Lead incident investigations, audits and reporting, driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
  • Build strong relationships with regulators, clients and internal stakeholders to support best-practice safety outcomes.

Profile description

  • Tertiary or diploma-level qualification in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in health and safety roles within construction, infrastructure, energy or renewables environments.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and safety management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
  • Proven experience supporting contractor management, audits and incident investigations.
  • A proactive, credible safety leader with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
