Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer‐first experience by ensuring all deliveries meet customer expectations, timelines, and KPI milestones.
• Plan, prioritise, and coordinate domestic transport movements using the Transport Workbench to ensure efficient and timely execution.
• Manage transport jobs end‐to‐end, balancing service excellence with cost efficiency to support profitability.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing accurate and timely updates.
• Identify and resolve transport‐related issues proactively (e.g. documentation, load requirements, or space constraints) to minimise disruptions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and financial processing while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence, present clearly, and challenge ideas constructively.
• Detail‐oriented with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines, and following procedures.
• Confident and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Skilled in problem‐solving, data interpretation, and documentation.
• Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, and proficient in CargoWise One and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
