As a Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for providing skills and support to our construction projects, utilising your experience and workmanship to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment and assisting plant operators
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines
- Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery
- Operate small plant as required
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in civil construction
- Punctual, reliable and ability to work independently and in a team
- Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
