Reporting to the manager the overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and responsive administrative support to the patients & clinicians of Drummond Dental.
This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work in a close-knit team with a great workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include
- Patient appointment setting, billing, receipting and health fund claiming
- Compliance tasks
- Reception & admission patient services
- Patient medical record management tasks
Offered as a full-time role Monday to Friday.
This role will ideally suit an individual with outstanding presentation, attention to detail and attentive customer service skills.
Your key to success will be your customer service experience and passion for working to help people reach their health goals.
If you have experience in either Dental or Medical Specialist rooms, this will be highly regarded.
