The past six decades that have witnessed the brand's adoption by a diverse range of tribes, celebrities, musicians and free-thinking individuals - each subverting and twisting the boots and shoes to their own personal needs, attitudes and identity. Accent Group Limited acquired the distribution rights for Dr. Martens in 1988 and opened the first Australian retail store in Sydney in 2018. Now with stores across Australia & New Zealand, Dr. Martens are continuing to grow and dominate the Australian market.
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Dr Martens!If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.
You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking great.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for customer service and retail
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Full availability from mid November to mid-January 2027– especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
