Successful applicant will be responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Providing a professional warm welcome and service to patients
- Preparing for consulting sessions
- Professionally answering/responding to incoming calls
- Confirming and making patient bookings
- Account maintenance for new and existing patients
- Scheduling hospital bookings and procedures
Successful applicants ideally must have:
- Respect within the office and be able to protect strict patient privacy and confidentiality procedures/policies
- Be competent with medical software, specifically Genie
- Outstanding organisational skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm and prioritise in high pressure situations
