Downlands College is seeking applications for a Full-Time, Fixed Term Boarding Supervisor (boys boarding) to commence September 2026 and concluding at the end of the school year.

Requirements
- Experience working with young people in educational, residential care, or youth settings.
- Demonstrated capacity to build positive and respectful relationships with adolescents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills grounded in empathy and understanding.
- Alignment with, and willingness to support, the MSC ethos and Catholic identity of the College.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD), or ability to obtain.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Qualifications or studies in education, youth work, counselling, or related fields.
- Experience Supporting the wellbeing of young men.
