Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for our maintenance team at Eraring Power Station in Lake Macquarie, NSW. You will oversee tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient work and adherence to schedules in a major power generation environment.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will lead pre-starts, toolbox meetings and coordinate labour and resources, while collaborating with the client to identify delays and maintain a productive work environment.
