Downer is seeking an EBA Specialist to interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards and payroll conditions, ensuring accurate translation into payroll, systems and People Services outcomes. You will partner with Industrial Relations, Payroll and HR Systems to support governance, compliance and continuous improvement while delivering auditable, practical solutions.
