Downer is seeking a Spray Seal Foreman based in Dalby, QLD, open to regional relocation to lead our Spray Seal crews and drive the safe and successful delivery of road construction and maintenance projects.
As the Foreperson you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, lead field crews, and ensure Safe Work Practices are followed while maintaining high quality standards and strong engagement with project teams and stakeholders.
