Downer Professional Services is seeking a Transition Officer to coordinate the complex transition of defence capability into sustainment. You will work with the Transition Lead and multidisciplinary teams to plan, track and deliver transition activities across engineering, logistics, commercial and sustainment functions, maintaining momentum toward milestones.
You will develop transition plans, schedules, action registers and reports, identify dependencies, and facilitate workshops.
