Downer is seeking an experienced Team Lead Site Coordinator to provide functional leadership and support to Site Coordinators across the region. The role drives the adoption of the Support Services Hub operating model and strengthens ties between operational teams and centralised services.
You will lead a geographically dispersed team, coach across sites and contracts, and coordinate with Project Managers and Hub teams from our Logan Beenleigh and Milton offices, with flexible WFH considerations
