Job Description:
Please note: This role is a casual engagement and not a full-time role.
The work required will be spread out over a 7-month period and is subject to demand based on the number of candidates requiring an assessment.
MLF is currently seeking expressions of interest from individuals who have qualifications in a Diploma of Materiel Logistics (TLI50422) to support candidates currently undertaking a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have a formal qualification in a Diploma of Materiel Logistics (TLI50422). As part of the submission, please include an Academic Transcript or proof of completion that includes the relevant Units of Competency (UoC) completed as part of the Diploma.
- Must be available to support on an ad-hoc basis to complete RPL assessments on an irregularly scheduled basis.
Desirable Requirements:
- Background in Learning and Development.
- Prior experience in conducting RPL assessments.
SFIA Skills Sought:
The provision of learning and development processes (including learning management systems) in order to develop the professional, business and/or technical skills required by the organisation.
ETMG Level 4:
Contributes to the development and maintenance of a catalogue of learning and development resources. Books and organises learning events. Updates and controls training records, including attainment of certificates and accreditations.
