We are looking for a casual General Practice Nurse to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma), perform screenings, and administer vaccinations.
- Provide advice on healthy living, smoking cessation, and general wellness.
- Monitor and support patients with long-term conditions, perform clinical tests, and manage wound care.
- Administer flu, childhood, and travel vaccines.
- Perform wound dressings, injections, cervical smears, and assist with minor surgeries.
