D'Orsogna Limited is seeking an experienced Line Setter/TA to join our fast-paced production team on the night shift.
About the Role
Set up, calibrate, and optimise machinery to ensure efficient production and high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Line Setup & Changeovers: Perform efficient mechanical changeovers on production lines (e. g., Slicers, Thermoformers and Robots) to meet the daily production schedule.
- Mechanical Support: Assist Maintenance Fitters with preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and installations.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct performance trials and maintain quality standards.
- Complete basic maintenance and record keeping.
- Work with team to meet production targets and safety standards.
About You
- Line Setter/TA experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of mechanical/automated systems.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
- Forklift Licence (LF).
- Certificate II or III in Food Processing or a relevant Trade Assistant qualification.
- Experience with PLC-controlled machinery or HMI touchscreens.
