Based in Pinkenba, we're looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our team.
This is a hands-on role making industrial and commercial door solutions.
You'll assemble and prepare components, and help ensure every product meets our quality and safety standards.
What you will do
- Assemble and prepare industrial doors and shutters
- Assemble steel components for industrial shutter systems
- Read measurements and handle materials accurately
- Carry out quality checks
- Work collaboratively with the production team
- Help maintain a safe, productive, and efficient workplace
- What we require
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic numerical skills and the ability to follow production documents and specifications
- Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- The physical fitness to lift up to 25 kg
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused approach
- What we prefer
- Experience taking measurements and using basic math
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or machine operation
- Prior welding experience regarded but not required
- Day Shift : Monday- Thursday 0600 - 1430 Friday: 0600 - 1200
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm; Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
