Doppelmayr Australia Pty Ltd, is a market leader in the construction of ropeways in Australia. This full-time position will involve work as a driver for the safe and efficient delivery of goods and services for our projects.
What you'll be doing
- Driving HC and MC long haul on occasion to QLD, Sydney and return to Jindabyne
- Agitator driver delivering concrete to the local area
- Delivery of spare parts
- Driving AWD vehicles in challenging conditions
- Transporting materials and equipment to our own projects
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate trip logs and use of digital systems to keep records
- Assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle as required
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
What we're looking for
- Must have a valid Heavy Combination (HC), Multi Combination (MC) preferred
- Preferred to have Forklift (LF), Dogging (DG) high-risk licences
- Proven experience working in transport and construction
- Some experience with concrete and agi driving
- Someone who can look after equipment, including cleaning and basic maintenance
- Excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate tight spaces and varied terrain
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work with others to achieve the team's desired outcomes
- Willingness to learn other skills and operate new equipment
