In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our three core audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—and become a key resource for analyzing behaviours that may indicate risky or abusive patterns. You’ll lead investigations into high-risk activity, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless and trusted user experience. Most importantly, you’ll help strike the right balance between user trust and risk management, ensuring we continue to support growth while protecting the platform.
Our best Senior Associates are data-driven, truth-seeking, strategic thought partners and operators. They combine business context and analytics to take on a problem area and implement a customised solution.
