To ensure these high standards are met, We are seeking a motivated and passionate person to join our team as a Junior Accountant. This is a full-time role with above-average remuneration.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including supplier creation, invoice coding, supplier statement reconciliations, following up on open purchase orders, supporting end-of-month payment processing, and assisting with supplier dispute resolution.
- Assisting with maintaining and reconciling the company bank accounts and credit card reconciliation.
- Support accurate data entry across finance systems and records.
- Assisting with generating reports as required, assist with EOM financial statement preparation & provide adhoc finance and administrative support.
The successful applicant would ideally have:
- Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping principles
- Good problem-solving skills
- strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Exposure to accounting software (MYOB Accumatica or other ERP system)
- Previous administration or office experience
- Reliable, well organised, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Completed bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce (Majoring in accounting), or an equivalent accounting qualification
- Practical experience in accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel which includes knowledge in VLOOKUP, Pivot tables Etc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
