We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Waikiki café. This is an opportunity to help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community. At Dôme, we believe in creating a place of welcome and comfort for both our guests and our team. As Assistant Café Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing that philosophy to life through hands‑on leadership, genuine hospitality and a commitment to supporting the people around you. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the Café Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the café
- Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards
- Coaching and developing Team Members
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
- Maintaining Dôme standards for quality, service and cleanliness
- Acting as the leader on duty when required
- Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
