We are looking for an experienced full-time Lounge Bar Supervisor to join Doma's Lounge Bar, situated on Honeysuckle Drive in our beautiful Little National Newcastle.
About the Role:
Working in a fun and lively environment, the Lounge Bar Supervisor supports the team in delivering quality guest service. We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, a passion and the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences and share great local knowledge. With a fantastic team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor to grow their career.
What you will Bring:
- Experience with supervising a small team
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- A sound ‘all-round’ beverage and cocktail knowledge
- Must have at least 3 years bartending and cocktail experience
- Ability to manage time/priorities
- Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
- Excellent personal presentation and presence
- Willingness and ability to exceed expectations
- A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Availability to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
