About the job Trainer and Assessor in Business - Cert IV, Diploma & Advanced Diploma We are urgently looking for the following: Trainer & Assessor - BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business BSB50215 - Diploma of Business BSB60215 - Advanced Diploma of Business
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
- Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence.
- Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions.
- Actively engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence.
All applicants need to have:
Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
Currency Documents
Proof of PDs done in the last year
