VR GP — Mambourin Doctors, Melbourne's West
Mambourin sits in Wyndham, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Australia. Thousands of new households, a young population, and nowhere near enough GPs to go round. An established practice with an existing patient base — you'd be consulting from your first week, not building from nothing.
The offer
- $180 per hour guaranteed for your first 3 months
- Then 70% of billings, up to 75% for the right doctor
- Full-time or part-time — you choose your days and sessions
- Your own consulting room
What your week looks like
- Young families, high birth rate: paediatrics, antenatal, immunisations and women's health are the bread and butter
- Genuinely multicultural catchment — if you have a second language, you'll use it daily
- Chronic disease work building as the area matures
- Strong demand for skin checks and minor procedures
The practice
- Nursing support for care plans, health assessments, vaccinations and children's checks
- On-site pathology and treatment room
- Best Practice and HotDoc
- Admin and management that let you get on with consulting
Getting there
- 35 minutes to the Melbourne CBD, train from Wyndham Vale
- Werribee Mercy Hospital nearby
- New estates, new schools, housing well under Melbourne's median
