We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations.
You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate bar, restaurant, and bottle-shop staff
- Ensure smooth service, from welcoming guests to closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation
- Handle cash and EFTPOS, monitor sales, and complete shift reports
- Support compliance with RSA, hygiene, and safety policies
About you
- Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management (bar, pub, or restaurant)
