We're looking for a reliable, organised and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse at DMG Solar in Southern River, ensuring our solar and battery installation crews have the right equipment ready for each job.
Key responsibilities
Manage warehouse or stores operations, including receiving deliveries, stock control and dispatch
Prepare complete installation kits and coordinate deliveries
Flag shortages ahead of scheduled jobs
Maintain accurate stock records and complete stocktakes
Follow through on missing items, damaged goods and supplier returns
Keep the warehouse tidy and organised with a focus on safely handling panels, batteries and equipment
Work with installers, office staff and suppliers, raising issues early and helping resolve them
About you
Experience managing warehouse or stores operations
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Punctual, proactive and comfortable working independently while supporting the wider team
Confident using inventory systems, email and spreadsheets
Current forklift licence (preferred)
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Experience in solar, electrical or trade supplies (advantageous)
