Position: Lodgement / Settlements Support
Salary: $75K - $85k + Super + Annual Performance Bonus
Location: Fully Remote (Australia-Wide)
About the Role: We are seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Settlements Officer to join the team. This is a fully remote position, providing flexibility back into your schedule. You will play a crucial role supporting our brokers, working closely with clients/lenders throughout the settlement process.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with ambition & a passion for property.
- Minimum 1.5 years settlements/mortgage broking experience.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads.
- Confident working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills—both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lodging applications and managing through to Settlement.
- Communicate with clients & lenders through the loan document process.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systems.
