Diversity Family Day Care Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW
As a Family Day Care Coordinator, you will be a mentor, encourager and quality partner for our educators. You will visit educators in their homes, support them with their programs and documentation, and make sure every home offers safe, nurturing, high-quality care in line with the EYLF V2 and the National Quality Framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Visit educators' homes at least monthly to support, monitor and mentor them.
- Support educators with programming, observations, children's goals and the planning cycle using the EYLF V2.
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the NQS and service policies.
- Complete home safety and risk assessments, and help recruit and induct new educators.
About you:
- Experienced educator with a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in early childhood.
- Enjoys guiding others.
