Equipment & Transport Specialists (ETS) is a busy 24/7 mechanical workshop providing breakdown assistance on all makes and models while maintaining Scania dealer status. The applicant needs to be able to self-manage, prioritise tasks, serve customers at front reception and via phone and email.
Key responsibilities:
- Organising parts and managing stock levels
- Meeting deadlines and liaising with couriers
- Stocking shelves and ensuring internal workshop/stock levels are maintained for all incoming work
- Dealing with multiple suppliers, including international suppliers
- Picking up parts around town locally
- Serving customers at front reception and via phone and email
About you:
- Experienced parts manager
- Able to self-manage and prioritise tasks
- Proficient at computers and using OEM computer programs
- Motivated, proactive and productive
- Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
